Sessions fill up quickly so plan ahead.

Remember, program content and activities change yearly to avoid repetition and increase FUN! We are always creating new ways to engage campers.

This year we are using the same ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS. This will allow you to complete the registration form and pay either just the non-refundable deposit or the full amount with an Echeck, credit card, paper check or cash. FYI, there is now a credit card transaction fee that will be automatically added to your total. If you’d like to avoid this fee, you may pay with e-check online or mail a check or hand deliver a check or cash..

You will receive an email confirmation upon registering. If you do not receive this email, please check your “junk” folder and contact us if you cannot find it.

If you created a registration account last year, you can login and save yourself the time of entering all the information again. If you registered your child(ren) last year, you will still need to update emergency contact information and complete new registration forms for each child for this year so we have current health issues, session requests, and a liability waiver for this year. If you forgot your password, the system will send you instructions when you click on “forgot password.”

Remember, you may pay offline either by mailing a check or by stopping by our office with a credit card, cash or check!

You may sign up for only one 2-week session but multiple 1-week sessions are okay (or a one week plus a two week).

If you are requesting a scholarship, you may also do this during the online registration process. You will receive notification of any and all scholarship awards via email. We hope to award scholarships at least twice per month so it shouldn’t be more than 2 weeks before you hear from us on that.

If a session is full, we will notify you and put your child on the waiting list. You do not need to pay a deposit until your child gets into the session. In order to preserve the quality of our programs, space is limited. If space is available, we will send you a confirmation and additional information once we receive your completed registration form and non-refundable deposit. The balance of the program fees is due two weeks prior to the first day of the session your child will be attending. If your plans have changed, we need to know at this time so that we can try to give the space to someone on the waiting list. Children may enroll for less than an entire session on a space available basis only.
